They are in charge of investigating a series of bombings in Hong Kong by Chinese gang led by Ricky Tan (John Lone) and assassin Zhang Ziyi, a beautiful martial arts expert. Tucker was acting too much in Hong Kong, causing the problem are then solved by the ability to fight Chan.
