Thongs (Jackie Chan) bet with a thief-gambling addict, alone with two other villains (Michael Hui and Louis Koo), kidnapped a baby grandson richest woman in town (On-On Yu). The plan is actually a baby handed to a gang leader (Zhang Tielin) to get money quickly, but the intermediary that is not expected was detained by police and three of the kidnappers should treat their own babies.
