Bob Ho (Jackie Chan) is a Chinese agent who was hired American police in undercover work. Bob plans to release his career in espionage to settle with the neighbor who becomes his girlfriend Gillian (Amber Valletta). Gillian is a single parent who has 3 children.
One day, Gillian had to go out of town, so Bob had to keep to her three children and hope to get a heart-to-three such children. But one of those kids accidentally downloads a secret code from Bob's computer.
