After the death of Jigsaw (Tobin Bell), and a series of killings of terror was not over yet. Agent Peter Strahm (Scott Patterson) that the investigation was nearly killed by a trap-assisted Jigsaw accomplice. Agents Strahm lucky escape thanks to cunning though he must prick his own throat.
More and more victims are falling, agents Strahm was ordered by his boss Dan Erickson (Mark Rolston) to stop the investigation. Secretly, Strahm continue the investigation. Until the agent finally managed to find clues that are helping Jigsaw all this is Lieutenant Mark Hoffman (Costas Mandylor).
Strahm immediately hunt to solve the mystery of Mark Hoffman Jigsaw legacy. Meanwhile, five people who had relationship with each other awake in a room filled with deadly traps Jigsaw and Hoffman.
When Strahm almost solve the mystery of the legacy of Jigsaw, Hoffman tried to Strahm trap by stealing cell phone. It makes Erickson thought that Strahm is Jigsaw accomplice.
At the end of the film, Agent Strahm faced with the choice that determines his life. He must choose to trust with Jigsaw advice delivered via a tape recorder, to enter into a box that could save his life, or ignore it as long as this does.
