The Notebook is an adaptation of Nicholas Sparks best-selling novel written by the same title.
This film takes a background era of the 1940s and the present about the life of a pair of young lovers, Noah Calhoum (played by Ryan Gosling) and Allie Hamilton (Rachel McAdams), in South America. The story of this pair rolling through the story the old man told an elderly woman who lives in a nursing home, several decades later. The old man read the story from a notebook.
