Adapted from the Japanese animated series, Wachowski Brothers directed a movie that tells the story of Speed Racer, a young man with the instincts of drivers, determined to win The Crucible, a cross-country car race that has claimed the lives of his older brother, Rex Racer. Speed is the slogan of his family business, managed by their father and mother Pops. Pops designed Speed's car, the Mach 5.
