This film tells about the life of Chun-Li (Kristin Kreuk). Actually Chun Li dreams of becoming a pianist in an orchestra. Unfortunately, not all goals can be met. Because of a state, Chun Li must be a fighter.
When Xiang (Edmund Chen), Chun-Li's father moved to Hong Kong and this is a beginning that determines the future of Chun-Li. One day, Xiang visited by Bison (Neal McDonough) who forced Xiang worked for him. Since no power against the Bison and their families with safety considerations, Xiang finally willing to work for the Bison.
Several years later, Chun-Li got a shipment contains a manuscript written in ancient Chinese characters. Chun-Li, who feel no longer has anyone ready since the death of his mother then decided to leave for Bangkok on the advice of an elderly woman who said she had to find a man named Gene (Robin Shou) on arrival in Bangkok later.
Chun-Li's departure to Bangkok this becomes a dangerous adventure that has to do with the Bison and Chun Li's father's disappearance. But to beat the Bison is not an easy matter because the Bison surrounded by many men who could not be removed easily. However, Chun-Li assisted Genes and two detectives who are also trying arrested Bison who was involved in a series of criminal acts.
