John Kramer (Tobin Bell) or better known as Jigsaw is a sadistic killer who uses his intelligence for the purpose of which is difficult to understand by others.
Jigsaw realized that he did not have much time to complete the mission he considered sacred mission. John then recruit people who managed to escape from the trap killer to continue 'struggle' Jigsaw. Mark Hoffman (Costas Mandylor), a police detective who was elected to continue the mission after John Kramer, Jigsaw died previously. Hoffman who has now become Jigsaw have to start designing 'games' new to cover up his actions as well as big plans Jigsaw revealed the truth.
Can Hoffman accomplish this mission without getting caught? Or he had to end tragically like the victims of Jigsaw?
